40th annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest
The 40th Annual Halloween Parade and Costume Contest begins at 4 p.m., Friday, October 31, at the corner of Orange and Canal streets and will proceed east on Canal Street to the Chamber of Commerce parking lot. The costume contest for children and adults begins immediately following the parade. Only homemade costumes will be judged. No pre-registration is required.
