Thursday April 11th 4:30pm &  6:30pm Join us as John Mann of the Ponce Inlet Lighthouse and Museum tells the story of the first Lighthouse that was built at our modern day Ponce Inlet. After urging from local residents, the ill fated lighthouse was constructed here, on the New Smyrna side of the inlet in the 1830s. Hear about the challenges and fate of this early attempt to improve the navigational signals at a treacherous Mosquito Inlet!
